Alright, so I've decided to set up a new system, in which the moderators, and admins will control to reduce god-modding greatly. It will also set up a more improved rank-up system.

How to Rank-up
Here is an Example...
Bob is a Genin and wants to become a Chuunin. In order for him to become a Chuunin he must get the EXP. For instance, Bob would need to either win the Chuunin exams, or do a few mission, spars, etc. As soon as he makes it to 800 EXP he may go to the Kage of his village, and request a rank-up. The kage will check your experience, and rank you up, if you have enough EXP.

Eight Inner Gates

	[1] Kaimon (Opening Gate) Releases the brains restraints allowing full power usage of the body's muscles. This is opened to prepare the body to use Omote Renge. This gate is located in the head. Stat Boost: +50 Energy
	[2] Kyuumon (Rest Gate) Raises stamina and assists in recovery after being weakened. This gate is located in the head. Stat Boost: +50 Energy
	[3] Seimon (Life Gate) Body enters Ura Renge phase, turning their body a shade of red. This gate is located along the spine. Stat Boost: +50 Energy +100 Chakra
	[4] Shoumon (Wound Gate) Further increases speed and power, usage will begin to tear the body's muscles. This gate is located along the spine. Stat Boost: +50 Energy +100 Health, and +50 Chakra
	[5] Tomon (Limit Gate) Further increases speed and power. This gate is located along the spine. Stat Boost: +20 Energy, and +20 Chakra
	[6] Keimon (View Gate) Further increases speed and power, body becomes able to use Asakujaku technique. This gate is located along the spine. Stat Boost: +50 Energy, and +100 Chakra.
